We are on a budget...so on comparison to close by hotels he price was right. And although some might think the rooms a tad small, we were only there to basically sleep. Overall, staff was friendly, room was nice & bedding was clean! I would stay here again & recommend it to a friend.
Coffee in room was icky, but they provide a continental breakfast that is okay.

Great overall experience. Everything was brand-new, wonderful staff, favourable location so close to sfo airport, California 94403, and downtown. Amazing meals. Impressive room with a soft bed and a good internet.

Consider improving the reliability of virtual check-in!!! Address the inconsistent cleanliness in rooms and ensure better ventilation in bathrooms!!!

Clean room with up to date low cost interior (tv, coffeemaker, free internet, swimming pool at street side, ...). all in all nice stay for one night before flight from sfo. However for vacation it would not be my choice of hotel.

The automated check-in process was efficient, and I felt secure in the very clean environment. My only concern was the lack of on-site staff, making immediate assistance challenging.

I suppose it's my fault really for assuming there would be a shuttle or at least cheap transport to the hotel. I searched for nearby hotels and picked this one as it said about 6 miles from airport. When I arrived there was no shuttle and nobody answered the phone once I got the right number. Booked.net had the wring number on the confirmation. Booked.net tried calling also and after many attempts and new numbers finally got thru. I could not cancel or even change my reservation to another Howard Johnson that had a shuttle! So it may be a good price but basically double it or add another $60 so basically choose another location with a shuttle. Bottom line it kinda sucked even the taxi line up sucked.

A quick and honest take
Spent three nights in a King Room. Enjoyed the spacious bed and appreciated being accommodated on the ground floor. The surroundings are great, but some aspects felt outdated, and I struggled with noise from nearby rooms. While there are perks, a few maintenance issues and the inconsistent customer service left much to be desired.

Staff are friendly and helpful. As the room key did not work, the staff came by and give us another key. The room is quiet, and we can sleep well. The room is clean where you can see, yet dusty on floor under the beds! Hot water is readily available as we need to catch an early flight on the last morning. The towels are clean, yet not as thick as first line motels/inns. Basically, the room provides the basic function of a motel room. Breakfast is just basics. Location is close to sfo airport.
The hotel needs some renovation, as the occupancy rate is high during our stay. The swimming pool is much smaller than the photos on the Booked.net web.

It's a quite nice motel, was clean and very comfortable.Internet was working perfect and there is free parking. For the price it's definitely worth.

The stylish lobby catches your eye right when you walk in. Rooms come equipped with mini fridges and microwaves.
Multiple issues raised some eyebrows. The complimentary breakfast options lack variety, only delivering minimal choices. No hot water when I needed it was quite a hassle, taking ages to warm up when I finally got it. Lastly, the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable, causing frustrating delays in getting daily tasks done.

Bedbugs!!! Also no indication no clearance for a moving van in parking lot. It was major hassle to find street parking!!!

I appreciated the hotel's stylish lobby and easy contactless check-in. The spacious room with a mini fridge and microwave was perfect for enjoying snacks and drinks without hassle.
Better parking options for seniors would be helpful.
